We strive to be certain our catalog is accurate, both in word and in pictures. but with our manufacturers constantly improving and modifying products, some details may change. We reserve the right to accommodate these changes and to correct any errors that may inadvertently appear. All of our products are intended for adult use only. Check local ordinances before ordering such items as Firearms, Ammunition, Blowguns, Crossbows, Pepper spray and Air guns. Even ammo and high capacity mags may be restricted. Handgun ammo cannot be shipped to Hawaii. Certain knife lengths and designs may not be legal in all states or local areas. Food items cannot be returned. Items must be returned in re-saleable conditions

OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS:

We do not back-order items. If an item is out of stock we will notify you and you will have to reorder at a later date.

PRICES CHANGE DAILY! Many factors go into setting our prices. Our goal is to offer you the best products, service & knowledge at the lowest possible price. Prices may change as products sell out and are re-supplied. Your understanding is appreciated when stock is sold-out and replaced with higher cost items. We are not bound to honor typographical errors on prices or descriptions.

BEAR BUCKS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

You may use your Bear Bucks toward the purchase of merchandise. Any unused Bear Bucks can be used for future purchases. This Card can not be "Re-Filled". Except as required by law, this card cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, check or credit. This is not a credit or debit card and has no implied warranties. We can not replace lost, stolen or damaged cards without original purchase receipt. A $5.00 fee will be charged for replacement cards with original purchase receipt. RETURN POLICY:

FIREARMS, AIRSOFT GUNS, AMMUNITION, POWDER, PRIMERS,CLEARANCE, CLOSEOUT, REDUCED AND FOOD ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.

No Cash or Credit refunds allowed. Exchange or Store Credit (Bear Bucks) only with Original Receipt within 30 days of Purchase of New Un-Used Merchandise in Original Condition and Package. No returns after thirty days for any reason.  No returns without a Return Authorization Number.  Any returns without a prior authorization will be refused.  Contact us for a Return Authorization Number with explanation for return.  All returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking charge unless they are result of our error.  No returns are accepted freight collect or COD.

CLAIMS:

Claims for shortages must be made by email within 10 days of delivery. If there is shipping damage you must note it at the time of receipt and file a claim with the shipper. If we shipped you the wrong item, or you just order the wrong product, email for a Return Authorization Number within thirty days of receipt and we will replace the item with the correct item. If we shipped you the wrong item, we will pay the shipping and handling charges. All returns for refunds will have a 15% restocking charge deducted from your refund and you must pay the shipping and handling both ways.

WARRANTIES:

Bear Arms Inc. is not a warranty repair station, and therefore BEAR ARMS INC. MAKES NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY WHATSOEVER WITH RESPECT TO ANY MERCHANDISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. The only warranties provided are provided by manufacturer’s and are as contained in each manufacture’s package. Please ship all repairs directly to the manufacture’s to avoid delays.

ALL USED FIREARMS OR OTHER USED MERCHANDISE IS SOLD AS IS WHERE IS, AND NO WARRANTIES OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR MERCHANTABILITY, ARE MADE WITH RESPECT TO USED FIREARMS. Purchasers of used firearms are urged to contact the manufacturer’s for a firearms owner’s manual for such firearm.

INSURANCE:

Bear Arms Inc. has neither hold harmless agreements with manufacture’s or liability insurance to protect itself against product liability claims and litigation that may arise from products it distributes. You may NOT rely on such insurance agreements that Bear Arms Inc. may have with any of its insurers or manufacturer’s as protection against claims or litigation.

ORDERING CONTROLLED ITEMS:

FIREARMS ORDERS: You may order firearms on line, but you must find a local FFL holder (Federal Firearms Licensee) who is willing to receive your firearm. You must have this dealer mail, fax, or email to us a copy of their FFL with an original signature before we can process your order. There are no exceptions to this requirement. You are responsible for any fees, taxes your local dealer may charge. This is not included in your purchase price. We cannot sell or ship Firearms to California, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York or Hawaii.

AMMUNITION ORDERS: New customer's must Mail, Fax, or Email an Ammunition Statement along with a legible copy of your driver's license preferably enlarged. We can accept FFL, in lieu of driver's license.  You must be 21 to purchase Handgun ammunition and 18 to purchase Longun and Shotgun ammunition. Ammunition orders may also incur additional hazardous material handling charges that cannot be calculated at the time of the online order. Certain ammo cannot be shipped to certain states by law.

Rush orders will ship same business day, if order is received before noon PST.

BULK SHIPMENTS: Shipments over 50 lbs. are considered bulk shipments and there will be additional charges. You will be charged actual shipping. Please contact us for rates.

We will contact you by phone, mail or e-mail about additional shipping charges that may need to be incurred.

Make sure to enter your correct billing address that matches your credit card company information on file. Our ICVERIFY credit card charge processor will verify your credit card number and billing address, before the order is filled. If your order is to be shipped to an address different from your billing address, we need written authorization to ship to the other address.
