Federal and State laws including Brady.
TERMS OF
FIREARMS SALES AGREEMENT
This “Firearms Sales
Agreement” only Guaranties the amount to be paid to *Seller and does not set
the price Bear Arms Inc. will sell this firearm and/or items for. Expenses vary from sale to sale and so may the formula for setting the
“Selling Price”.
*Seller authorizes Bear Arms Inc. to sell this firearm and/or
items listed above. *Seller warrants that they are the legal owner and/or agent
with the full legal right and authority to sell and receive payment for the
firearm and/or items listed above. *Seller warrants that the firearm and/or
items listed above are not stolen. Firearm Serial Numbers will be checked with
Law Enforcement and any firearm found to be stolen will be turned over to Law
Enforcement. *Seller also understands that all of his or her personal
information including a copy of their ID will be given to Law Enforcement.
*Seller will reimburse Bear Arms Inc. for any loss and defend and relieve Bear
Arms Inc. from any and all Liability and or Responsibility that may be
connected to this firearm or items.
Bear Arms Inc. agrees to mail *Seller a Bear Arms Inc.
Company Check within 15 days after delivery of listed firearm and/or items to
their new owner in the amount listed as “Net to *Seller”. In lieu of payment
*Seller may elect to put the “Net to *Seller” amount on account as a Bear Arms
Inc. Gift Certificate. If *Seller elects a Bear Arms Inc. Gift Certificate in
lieu of payment Bear Arms Inc. normal
“Gift Certificate Terms” will apply.
Bear Arms Inc. may request that you adjust the “Net to
*Seller” price after 120 days if your firearm and/or items has not sold. Bear
Arms Inc. may at anytime return your firearm and items to you for any reason
and you will owe Bear Arms Inc. nothing.
If *Seller Terminates this Agreement *Seller will owe Bear
Arms Inc. a $40 Transfer Fee and will have to comply with all Federal and State
laws including Brady.
ALL PAYMENTS WILL BE MADE BY BEAR ARMS INC COMPANY
CHECK AND MAILED ONLY
*Seller acknowledges by their
signature acceptance of the “Terms of this Agreement”
